Stay KooooK combines the advantages of modern forms of accommodation and is a development by SV Hotel. We delivered 84 modern, prefabricated bathrooms that matched the concept.

The Holiday-Inn-Express® was built on Abraham-Lincoln-Strasse in Wiesbaden in a modern, block-shaped design with seven full floors and 162 prefabricated bathrooms.

The success of the projects in Münster has shown that microapartments with a size of 20-40 sqm are in great demand in Münster. The newly created 247 high-quality furnished apartments and 39 underground parking spaces will be built on Von-Steuben-Straße not far from the train station.
